Frequently Asked Questions - Passport and Identity Photographs
Do you know the Regulations?
Yes.
We are aware of the regulations for UK passport and driver's licence requirements, both as shown on the UK passports and driver's licence application, along with a few which are not shown.
I have spent a fortune in passport booths and my photos have still been rejected. Do you guarantee your photos?
Yes, but terms and conditions apply as follows:
- The photographs must have been taken by us
- You must return the two unused photographs from the set of four supplied, at the time of the re-shoot.
- You must supply the letter of rejection from the Passport Office at the re-shoot.
- You adhere to our advice regarding spectacles, jewellery and clothing (especially hooded tops)
- This guarantee does NOT cover the Post Office 'Check and Send' service, as some Post Offices have rejected photographs that have subsequently been approved by the Passport Office.
Can you photograph babies?
Yes, absolutely no problem, but phone first to check that we are available.
We can photograph all ages, our record is a premature baby photographed 2 weeks before it's due birth date.
I need photos for a non-UK passport/Visa, can you help?
Yes. We are familiar with many country's requirements but some change their regulations with monotonous regularity and keeping up to date is difficult.
Therefore please have with you the up-to-date details from the embassy.
